The Earth Hour campaign saved 400,000 kwh of electricity in 2011 and around 540,000 kwh in 2012. Let's do better this year by trying to reach around 700,000 kwh of electricity saved!
Small actions can have big consequences: it's time for every one of us to get more involved in such movements and to be aware of what we can do against the climate change. It's our responsibility as citizens and as consumers to save energy and to be responsible for the use of natural resources.Being eco-responsible is easier than you think! Riding your bike or taking a bus to go to work, recycling the rubbish, controlling the use of water and electricity... There are so many ways to make the difference!
Besides turning your lights off during the earth hour, you can also take part in a short film competition, participate to a cycling rally or collect fingerprints to show personal commitment to energy saving and fighting climate change
